Add another outlet to your eola account
Learn how to add a second outlet to your eola account, get it approved by our team and manage it with the same login.
If your business runs from more than one site, or you're starting a new venture, you can add another outlet to your eola account. Each outlet has its own activities, calendar and settings, and you can manage them all with the same login.
There's no need to set everything up in one go, and our team is happy to help you get your new outlet ready.
Add another outlet
To add a new outlet, contact our team at help@eola.co with the outlet's name and what it offers. We'll set it up with you, and if you're adding several sites at once we can arrange a call to get them all ready.
Get your new outlet approved
Our team reviews every new outlet before it can take card payments or send customer emails. To help us approve it quickly, email help@eola.co with your new outlet's name and a link to its website, social media pages or Google reviews. If it doesn't have these yet, ask us for a quick call instead.
Important: eola's approval is separate from Stripe verification. eola's approval confirms your business is genuine, while Stripe, eola's payment provider, verifies your business details so we can send your payouts. We'll let you know if anything else is needed for your new outlet's payouts.
Set up your new outlet
Once your outlet is set up, work through the same steps as your first one: personalise your centre settings, add your policies, create your activities and set up your widget. Each outlet has its own widget, so add the new outlet's booking link to its own website or page, and add the team members who need access to it.

- If you've created an outlet by mistake, contact help@eola.co and our team can remove it for you
- If an outlet is changing ownership, or you no longer run it, contact help@eola.co and we'll talk you through the options
