Understand what customers can do in their eola account

Find out what your customers can manage themselves once they sign in to their eola account, from bookings and attendees to memberships and vouchers.

Your customers can manage a lot themselves through their eola account, which saves your team time and keeps their bookings with you up to date. Here's what they can do, so you can point them in the right direction.

How do customers sign in?

There's no password. Customers sign in with a magic link, either by selecting the account icon on your booking widget or by going to eola.co/enthusiasts/sign_in. They enter the email address they booked with, select 'Send magic link' and open the link in the email. Each link lasts 60 minutes, and ticking 'Remember me' keeps them signed in on their own device.

Customers don't need to sign in to make a standard booking.

Bookings and attendees

  • View bookings: customers can see their upcoming bookings and select a booking to view its details
  • Amend attendees: from the booking, the organiser can invite people, remove an invited guest, or replace a wrong email address or phone number. They can do this up until the booking
  • Complete paperwork: customers can sign in to complete an outstanding disclaimer or question pack

Their details

Customers can update their own name under Settings in their eola account. If a customer's email address needs changing, contact help@eola.co with the correct and incorrect addresses and we'll update it.

Memberships

  • Manage billing: members can add or update their card and pay an outstanding membership payment
  • Family members: members can add someone to a family membership from the Memberships section of their account
  • Book with benefits: members sign in to book with their membership benefits

Price plan changes and pauses are made by your team from your Dashboard.

Vouchers and cancellations

Customers can find a refund issued as a credit voucher by signing in to their eola account.

Customers can request a cancellation, and you decide whether to approve it and refund. Requests are emailed to your centre address and appear under the notifications bell at the top right of your Dashboard. If a customer would like to move to a different date, they can contact you and your team can reschedule the booking.

Helpful tips:

  • Mention in your confirmation or welcome emails that customers can manage their booking from their eola account
  • Remind customers to check their spam folder and add noreply@eola.co to their contacts if a magic link doesn't arrive
  • Direct members to your own booking widget to sign in, so they book with you directly
