Check whether an activity voucher is valid

Find out how to check whether an activity voucher is still valid and which activity it's for, before a customer books.

If a customer says they have an activity voucher, you can check in a couple of minutes whether it's still valid and which activity it's for.

Find the voucher

Search for the voucher code or the customer's name using the search bar at the top of your Dashboard, or go to Sales -> Activity vouchers.

If the code isn't there, check Sales -> Credit vouchers, as it may be a credit voucher instead. It could also be a voucher from a different centre, or a discount code or class pass.

Check which tab it's in

Activity vouchers are sorted into three tabs:

  • Active: valid and ready to book
  • Redeemed: already used for a booking
  • Expired: past its expiry date without being used

Check the details

Open the voucher to see:

  • The activity it's for
  • Its value
  • When it was bought
  • Whether it's been redeemed

Good to know

  • An activity voucher is used once, for the activity it was bought for
  • Activity vouchers last 12 months from the date they're bought
  • If a voucher has expired and you're happy to give the customer more time, contact our team at help@eola.co

Helpful tips:

  • Ask the customer to read the code exactly as it's written on their voucher
  • Remind customers to select 'I have a voucher or pass' on your widget before they start booking
  • If a customer has lost their code, open the voucher and select 'Print PDF' to resend it
