Use the accommodation timeline view
Learn how to see every pitch, yurt or unit across the month in one view, so you can check occupancy and spot gaps at a glance.
If you offer accommodation, the timeline view shows every one of your spaces across the month on a single screen. It's the quickest way to see how full your site is, spot gaps you could fill and check who's arriving when.
You'll need the Accommodation app switched on to use this view.
Open the timeline view
- Click Calendar in the top-right corner of any page
- Select the Accommodation view
- Choose 'Timeline' from the dropdown where you'd normally pick Daily, Weekly or Monthly
Reading the timeline
Each of your spaces (for example Yurt 1, Yurt 2 or Pitch A) has its own row, and the dates run across the top. Each booking shows as a bar stretching from check-in to check-out, labelled with the organiser's name, so you can see who's staying where at a glance.
What you can do from the timeline
- Open a booking: click a booking bar to open the full booking
- Narrow the view: click Filter and choose a space type to show only those spaces
Good to know
- Timeline also works in your other calendar views, such as Activities, where each product has its own row

Helpful tips:
- Check the timeline each week to spot midweek gaps you could promote
- Filter to one space type when you're answering a customer's question about availability
- Use the timeline alongside your monthly view if you run activities as well as accommodation
