[Reporting](https://help.eola.co/reporting?hsLang=en) # Understand your eola reports ## Find out which reports are in your eola Dashboard, what each one shows and how to use them to keep track of your business. Your reports give you a clear picture of how your business is doing, from what's selling and how full your sessions are, to who your customers are and what's reached your bank. To find them, go to Reports in the left-hand menu of your Dashboard. Each report opens on its own page, and most can be filtered, sorted and downloaded. **Which reports are available?** - **[Impact](https://help.eola.co/understand-your-impact-report?hsLang=en):** a look back over your last 12 months with eola, including the new customers eola Marketplace found for you - **[Payouts](https://help.eola.co/understand-your-payouts-report?hsLang=en):** every payout to your bank account, plus what's available and pending - **[Payouts by date range](https://help.eola.co/download-payouts-for-a-date-range?hsLang=en):** a month, a quarter or a tax year of payouts in one spreadsheet, emailed to you - **[Product performance](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-product-performance-report?hsLang=en):** bookings, revenue, refunds and capacity booked for each of your products - **[Customers](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-customers-report?hsLang=en):** who books with you, how often and how much they spend - **[Invoices](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-invoices-report?hsLang=en):** the invoices you've sent and whether they've been paid - **[Members](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-members-report?hsLang=en):** each of your members, their plan and their membership status - **[Memberships](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-memberships-report?hsLang=en):** each membership plan, the revenue it brings in and how many members are on it - **[Memberships by month](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-memberships-by-month-report?hsLang=en):** memberships held, started, ended and renewed each month - **[Store items](https://help.eola.co/understand-the-store-items-report?hsLang=en):** every store item you've sold Some reports only appear once you're using the feature they cover, such as memberships or store items. **Who can see the reports?** Reports follow each team member's permission set, so some of your team may not see every report.
