This guide sets out which platforms eola connects with, and how to get the best from the tools you already use. **Platforms built into eola** - **Stripe:** Stripe, eola's payment provider, handles your customers' card payments and your payouts. You connect Stripe when you set up your account, and our team can set up card readers for in-person payments - **eola Marketplace:** Your activities are listed on eola.co so new customers can find and book them. Marketplace is switched on automatically - **Google Things to Do:** Your Marketplace activities are shared with Google Things to Do, so customers can find and book you from a Google search. There's no extra setup needed **Apps you can add** Go to Toolset -\> Apps to see the apps available to you. Some, including Pitchup and Shiftie, are set up with help from our team: select 'Request access' or email [**help@eola.co**](mailto:help@eola.co). - **Shiftie:** Shifts, holidays and absences you schedule in Shiftie update your instructors' availability in eola automatically - **Pitchup:** If you run a campsite, Pitchup bookings for your pitches come into eola alongside your own bookings **Tracking and analytics** You can add a Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to your widget to measure how your marketing turns into bookings. The codes come from your Facebook and Google accounts, so whoever runs your social media or website may already have them. **Email marketing tools** If you use a newsletter tool such as Mailchimp, you can export the customers who have opted in to marketing from Reports -\> Customers and upload them to your tool. Export a fresh list before each campaign so you include your latest opt-ins. **Online travel agents** eola doesn't connect with online travel agents such as GetYourGuide, Viator or Airbnb Experiences, or other activity marketplaces. Instead, eola Marketplace and Google Things to Do bring new customers straight to you. **Good to know** - Chat tools on your website, such as Breezy, belong to your website rather than to eola.
