[Bookings & customers](https://help.eola.co/reporting?hsLang=en#bookings-customers) # Understand the Product performance report ## Find out how to use the Product performance report to see the bookings, revenue, refunds and capacity booked for each of your products. The Product performance report shows how each of your products is doing over the dates you choose, so you can see what's selling well and where there's room to grow. To open it, go to Reports -\> Product performance. **Choose your dates** Select the date button at the top of the report and choose 'Yesterday', 'Today', 'Last 7 Days', 'Last 4 weeks', 'All time' or 'Custom', then click Apply. **What each column shows** - **Name:** the product - **Status:** the product's current status, such as Live - **Bookings:** the number of bookings for the product - **Revenue:** the money taken for those bookings - **Refunds:** the amount refunded - **Attendees:** the number of people booked - **Capacity booked:** how many of your available spaces were booked - **Category:** the category the product sits in You can add more columns, such as Created, Report code and Type, from the Filter panel under 'Display column'. **All bookings or scheduled bookings?** Customers often book well ahead of their session, so the Filter panel lets you choose which bookings to count: - **All bookings:** every booking made in your date range, whenever the session takes place - **Scheduled bookings:** only bookings for sessions that take place in your date range **Helpful tips:** - Use 'Scheduled bookings' with dates that have already passed to see how full your sessions actually were -
