Understand the Memberships report
Find out how to use the Memberships report to see how each membership plan is performing, the revenue it brings in and how many members it has.
The Memberships report shows each of your membership plans side by side, so you can see which ones are most popular and how much recurring revenue they bring in.
To open it, go to Reports -> Memberships.
What each column shows
- Product: the membership
- Plan name: the price plan within that membership
- Dues: the price of the plan
- MRR: the monthly recurring revenue the plan brings in
- Active: the number of active members on the plan
- Trialing: the number of members on a trial
- Past due: the number of members whose latest payment hasn't gone through yet
Select Columns to add more, including Cancelled, Created, Cycle, Cycle revenue, Duration, Finished, Paused and Reporting code. To focus on one membership, select Filter and tick it.
Helpful tips:
- Compare MRR across your plans to see which ones are worth promoting
- Keep an eye on the Past due column and follow up with members early
- Add reporting codes to your memberships so they line up with your accounts
