Every customer who books with you through eola has an eola customer account. Knowing how these accounts work makes it easier to take bookings for groups, keep your records tidy and help customers who get in touch. **One email address, one customer** A customer account is linked to an email address. The email is how eola recognises a customer, so each address belongs to one person and can't be shared. The same account is used with every eola outlet a customer books with, which means their details travel with them. Customers sign in with a magic link sent to that email, rather than a password. Find out more in [Understand magic links](https://help.eola.co/understand-magic-links?hsLang=en). **Why does a booking show a different name?** The name on a booking follows the email address. If someone books with an email that already has an eola account, the booking shows the name held on that account. This is why a booking can show a previous name, or another person's name if an email has been shared. Changing the name on an account changes it on all of that customer's bookings. If a name needs correcting, our team can update it for you at [**help@eola.co**](mailto:help@eola.co). **Booking for someone else** When you or a customer books for other people, mark the organiser as not participating and enter the details of the people taking part. Then invite each person by name and email so they complete their own disclaimer and question pack. - **Your team:** avoid booking with your business email address. Book as the organiser not participating and enter the customer's own details instead - **Tour operators and companies:** the organiser books and invites each client with their own email address - **Children:** children are added by name with a parent or guardian, and the organiser can be the guardian **Where to find your customers** Use the magnifying glass at the top right of your Dashboard to search by name or email. Customers appear under Enthusiasts. For a full list of everyone who has booked with you, go to Reports -\> Customers. **Good to know** - A customer who has booked using two email addresses may appear twice in your list - Because accounts are shared across eola, they can't be suspended or blocked by one outlet.
