Both are a great way to bring in revenue ahead of time and introduce new customers to your centre, but they work in quite different ways. This guide explains what the key differences are, with links to step-by-step guides for setting up and managing them. **What is a credit voucher?** A credit voucher holds an amount of money that can be spent with your centre. Customers choose how much to put on the voucher, and it can be used towards any booking, a class pass or an activity voucher. If a booking costs less than the voucher, the rest stays on it for next time. If a booking costs more than the voucher, they can pay the difference.  **What is an activity voucher?** An activity voucher is bought for one specific activity, for a set number of people. It's ideal for someone buying an experience as a present, as the person receiving it simply picks a date and books. **How customers buy them** - **Credit vouchers:** From the Vouchers & passes page on your widget, or at your desk using New booking -\> 'Add Credit Voucher' - **Activity vouchers:** From the activity itself, by choosing to buy it as a gift. They choose how many people it's for and any add-ons **How customers use them** - **Credit vouchers:** The customer enters their code at checkout, or selects 'I have a voucher or pass' on your widget. If the booking costs more than the voucher, they pay the difference - **Activity vouchers:** The customer selects 'I have a voucher or pass' on your widget before they start booking and enters their code. They're taken straight to the activity to choose a date and time. You'll find the activity vouchers your customers have bought under Sales -\> Activity vouchers.
