Find out how the Invite via SMS app lets your customers invite friends by text message so everyone in the group can complete their own details.

When one person books for a group, everyone taking part may still need to complete a disclaimer or answer your questions. Invite via SMS lets your customers invite their friends by mobile number, so each participant can complete their own details.

It's free to use, and there's nothing for you to configure.

How does it work?

Customers can invite friends to take part in an activity or rental using a text message. Each friend receives a text with a link to follow, where they can complete any disclaimers or question packs for the booking.

Switch on Invite via SMS

  1. Go to Toolset -> Apps
  2. Select 'Invite via SMS'
  3. Select 'Add to eola' and confirm if prompted

That's all there is to it. Your customers can start inviting friends straight away.
