Share a link to an activity

A direct link takes customers straight to one activity on your widget, so they can pick a date and book in a couple of clicks. It's ideal for social media posts, emails, messages to groups and the activity pages on your website.

Copy an activity's link

1. Go to Products -> Activities
2. Find the activity in the Live tab
3. Select 'Copy URL'

The link is copied, ready to paste wherever you need it.

Where to use it

• Social media: in posts, stories and your bio
• Emails and messages: when a customer asks about a particular activity
• Your website: on the page for that activity, so customers don't have to search for it
• Printed material: turn the link into a QR code for posters and flyers

Good to know

• The link opens the activity on your own booking widget, so bookings come straight to you
• 'Copy URL' shows on activities in your Live tab. If an activity is dormant, add new times to your calendar first

Helpful tips:

• When the weather looks good, share links to sessions with space in the next few days
• Link each activity page on your website to that activity, rather than your full widget
• Check your links every so often, especially after renaming or replacing an activity
