[Activities](https://help.eola.co/activities-products?hsLang=en#activities) # Set up group pricing ## Learn how to give groups a lower price per person when they book together, with as many group sizes as you like. Group pricing rewards bigger bookings. When a group reaches the size you choose, everyone's price drops by the amount you set, so families, friends and teams are encouraged to book together. **Add group pricing to an activity** To add group pricing, go to Products -\> Activities and select 'Edit' on the activity. 1. Go to the Pricing step 2. Open Group pricing 3. Select 'Add price point' 4. Enter the group size and the amount to take off per person 5. Add more price points for bigger groups if you'd like 6. Select Save and exit For groups with this many people or more, the total is reduced by that amount per person. **An example** Your activity is £25 per person, with price points of £3 off for 5 or more people and £5 off for 10 or more: - A booking for 4 people pays £100 - A booking for 6 people pays £132 (£22 each) - A booking for 12 people pays £240 (£20 each) **Good to know** - Group pricing works alongside your activity's maximum capacity, so the largest group that can book is still capped by your capacity - Group pricing works with Per person and Base + per person pricing.
