Sell a store item

Once you've created your store items, your team can sell them from your Dashboard, on their own or in the same basket as a booking. Each sale is recorded in eola alongside your other bookings.

Sell a store item

1. Select New booking at the top of your Dashboard
2. Select 'Add Store Items'
3. Use the + and - buttons to choose how many of each item the customer wants
4. Click Add to basket
5. Add any bookings the customer is making, or go straight to checkout
6. Choose the payment method and complete the sale

Good to know

• Store items are sold through New booking rather than on your booking widget
• Store items are currently in beta, so we're continuing to add to them

Helpful tips:

• A card reader lets you take payment for store items on the spot
• Add store items to the same basket when a customer books at the desk, so everything is paid in one go
• Use reporting codes to see which items sell best
