[Payouts & sales](https://help.eola.co/reporting?hsLang=en#payouts-sales) # Match invoice payments to your payouts ## Find out where invoice payments appear in your payouts and how your finance team can match each one to the right customer. When a customer pays an invoice through eola, the payment is included in your regular payout with your other bookings. If your finance team allocates each payment to a customer account, for example for debtor or audit work, here's how to match invoice payments to the money that reaches your bank. **Where invoice payments appear** Invoice payments are paid out to you in the same way as your other bookings, so they appear in your Payouts report. Each payment shows the customer's name and email address, the amount, the activity and how your customer paid, such as bank transfer or card. **Match a payment** 1. Go to Reports -\> Invoices, filter by 'Paid' and note the invoice number, customer and amount 2. Go to Reports -\> Payouts, or Payouts by date range, and find the payout that covers the date the invoice was paid 3. Look for the payment by the customer's name and amount. The payment method shows whether it came in by bank transfer or card 4. Allocate the payment to the customer's account in your own system **Payments you've marked as paid** If you've marked an invoice as paid because your customer paid you directly, that money came straight to you, so it won't appear in your eola payouts. Record it in your accounts as you normally would. **Good to know** - Your Payouts report breaks each payout down so you can see how it adds up to what reached your bank - Payments made through the invoice are matched automatically, which keeps reconciling simple.
