Change your team's permission sets
Learn how to change a team member's permission set in eola, update their access levels, and ensure they have the right permissions for their role.
You can update a team member's permission set at any time if their role or responsibilities change. Permission sets control what areas of eola a team member can access and what actions they can perform.
To change a team member's permission set, go to Toolset -> Team.
Click on the team member whose permissions you'd like to update, then switch to the Settings tab.
Under Permission Set, select the appropriate permission level from the list. Remember to click 'Save' before leaving the screen.
The team member's new permissions will take effect immediately the next time they use eola.
Helpful tips:
-
Review permission levels regularly to ensure team members only have access to the features they need
-
If you're unsure which permission set is most suitable, refer to the Permission Sets help article for a breakdown of each level. If a team member takes on additional responsibilities, you can increase their permissions at any time. Likewise, if their role changes, you can reduce their permissions without removing them from your outlet
