[Manage your members](https://help.eola.co/memberships?hsLang=en#manage-your-members) # Help your members add their wallet pass ## Learn how your members get their digital membership pass and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their phone. Every member gets a digital wallet pass they can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There's nothing for you to set up, and members can add their pass themselves in a couple of taps. Here's where they'll find it, so you can point them in the right direction. **From their welcome email** About two minutes after someone becomes a member, they receive an email headed 'You are now a member at \[your business\]'. It includes Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet buttons. If the member is a child, the email goes to their parent or guardian. **From their eola account** Members can add their pass at any time from the membership page in their eola account, under Your wallet pass (or Wallet passes, when the account holds passes for children too). This is also where members who joined before wallet passes were introduced can add theirs. **Add the pass to a phone** **Apple Wallet:** Open the email or membership page on an iPhone or Mac and tap Add to Apple Wallet. Wallet shows a preview of the pass, then tap Add. **Google Wallet:** Tap Add to Google Wallet. Google's save page opens, then tap Save and the pass appears in Google Wallet. Members need to be signed in to a Google account. **Important:** Apple Wallet passes are added on an Apple device. If a member opens their email on a Windows PC or Android phone, they can open it again on their iPhone to add the pass. The email lets them know this too. **Passes for families** Each person on a membership has their own pass, children included. A parent sees a pass for themselves and one for each child on the membership, so they can keep everyone's pass on one phone and show the right one for each child. A pass is created for each person once they're added to the membership, so check every family member is named on it. **Good to know** - Wallet passes are offered while a membership is active.
