How Marketplace helps your business
- New customers find you: people searching for activities by location, date or type can discover your sessions, even if they've never come across your business before.
- We do the marketing for you: we work to rank your activities on Google, create spotlight pages, run targeted ad campaigns and send emails to customers looking for their next activity.
- You appear on Google: your Marketplace activities are also shared with Google Things to Do, so customers can find you straight from a Google search.
- The customer is yours to keep: customers who book through Marketplace become your customers, with their details in your eola account. When they come back and book directly through your own widget, it's a standard booking.

Marketplace is built into your eola account, so your availability, pricing and calendar are always in sync. Customers see your live availability and book instantly, and their bookings land in your calendar just like any other booking.
What appears on Marketplace?
Marketplace is switched on automatically for every eola partner, so your activities are listed on eola.co without you needing to do anything. You stay in control: you can choose to hide any individual activity you'd rather not promote, such as sessions only open to members. How do I know a booking came from Marketplace?
Bookings made through Marketplace are clearly marked as Marketplace bookings in your reporting, so you can see exactly what Marketplace has brought you. For an overview of everything Marketplace has done for your business, take a look at the Impact page under Reports -> Impact.

- Great photos of your real sessions and clear, friendly descriptions help your activities stand out and convert more browsers into bookers.
- Get your sessions listed early. Many customers plan ahead, especially for school holidays and peak season.
- Beginner sessions, tasters and activities open to everyone tend to attract the most new customers.
