[Manage bookings](https://help.eola.co/bookings-availability?hsLang=en#manage-bookings) # Find a customer and view their bookings ## Learn how to search for a customer in your Dashboard and see all the bookings they've made with you. When a customer calls or emails, you can find them in seconds and see everything they've booked with you, without needing to know the date. **Find a customer** 1. Select the magnifying glass at the top right of your Dashboard 2. Search for the customer's name or email address 3. Select the customer under Enthusiasts in the results Results are grouped into customers (shown as Enthusiasts), bookings, credit and activity vouchers, class passes, membership subscriptions and discount code redemptions. Select 'View all' to see every result in a group. **View their bookings** The customer's page shows: - Their email address and phone number - How many bookings they've made with you, and whether they've subscribed to your emails - A customer note, which you can add for your team - Any approvals, such as sign-offs, they hold - Their bookings, sorted into Upcoming, Past, Canceled and Unpaid **See all your customers** For a list of everyone who has booked with you, go to Reports -\> Customers. **Good to know** - Search works best with the email address the customer booked with.
