[Payouts & sales](https://help.eola.co/reporting?hsLang=en#payouts-sales) # Download payouts for a date range ## Learn how to get a month, a quarter or a tax year of payouts in one spreadsheet, ready for your records or your accountant. Payouts by date range gives you up to a year of payouts in one spreadsheet, with a row for each item paid out. It's ideal for month end, your VAT return or sending your tax year to your accountant. **Download your payouts** 1. Go to Reports -\> Payouts by date range 2. Under Dates, choose 'This month', 'Last month', 'This quarter', 'Last quarter', 'This tax year', 'Last tax year' or 'Custom' 3. If you chose 'Custom', pick your From and To dates (up to a year) 4. Click Email CSV We'll email you a link to the CSV when it's ready. A month takes a few minutes, and a tax year can take up to 40 minutes. **Which payouts are included?** The report includes every payout that arrived in your bank, or is due to, on the days you pick. The dates are when each payout reached your bank, not when its bookings were paid, so a payout can include payments taken a few days earlier. **Good to know** - Payouts that failed or were cancelled are left out.
