Download a report

Learn how to download your eola reports as a spreadsheet, including how to download every row or only the rows you've selected.

Downloading a report gives you a spreadsheet you can keep for your records, share with your team or send to your accountant. Your download keeps the columns and filters you've chosen, so it's worth setting the report up the way you want first.

Download a report

You can download the Product performance, Customers, Invoices, Members, Memberships and Store items reports.

  1. Go to Reports and open the report you need
  2. Set the date range, filters and columns you want
  3. Click Download at the top of the report
  4. Under Include rows, choose 'All rows' or 'Selected rows'
  5. Click Download

All rows or selected rows?

  • All rows: includes every row in the report, not only the page you're looking at. We'll email the spreadsheet to you, with the columns and filters you chose
  • Selected rows: includes only the rows you've ticked. Tick the box next to each row you want before you click Download

Reports that are emailed to you

A few reports cover a lot of data, so we email them to you instead:

  • Payouts by date range: choose your dates and click Email CSV. We'll email you a link to the CSV when it's ready
  • Memberships by month: choose your months and click Email CSV
  • Payouts: select the '>' arrow next to a payout to have its breakdown emailed to you

Good to know

  • Money in your downloads is shown in pounds, ready to use in your spreadsheet
  • Larger downloads can take a few minutes to arrive. A tax year of payouts can take up to 40 minutes
  • Emailed reports go to the email address of the team member who asked for them

Helpful tips:

  • Set your filters before you download so you only get the rows you need
  • If your email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder
  • Add reporting codes to your products so you can sort your downloads by your own accounting codes
  • Save your downloads in a shared folder so your team or accountant can find them easily
