# Approve a customer

## Learn how to give or remove a customer's approvals so they can book activities that require them.

Once you've set up approvals, your team can approve customers from their customer profile. As soon as a customer has the approvals an activity needs, they can book it.

**Approve a customer**

1. Select Search at the top of your Dashboard and find the customer
2. Select the customer's name to open their profile
3. Tick the approvals you want to give them

**Remove an approval**

To remove an approval, open the customer's profile and untick it.

**Helpful tips:**

- Approve customers straight after a session while it's fresh, for example when they pass a course
- Agree with your team who can give each type of approval
- If a customer can't book an activity, check their profile for the approvals it needs
